Change your details and choose which emails you get.
Your details
- Username: the name shown on your listings. 2 to 12 letters, numbers or underscores.
- Email: where enquiries, sign-in codes and receipts go. A new address has to be confirmed from the link we send to it, and until you do, the site asks you to check your inbox.
- Password: choose Change, enter your current one, then a new one of at least 5 characters. If you signed up with Google, use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page to set one.

- Buyer enquiries: an email when someone messages you about a car. Keep this on or you may miss buyers.
- News and selling tips: occasional email about new features. Turning it off never stops enquiries or anything about your account.
