Report it through the contact page with the listing or the sender’s name. The usual signs:

Overpayment: someone offers more than you asked and wants the difference back.
Shipping: a buyer overseas or interstate wants to arrange a carrier before seeing the car.
Moving off the site: pressure to switch to email or another app straight away.
