Every message about your cars, in one place.
Two kinds of message
- Enquiries: from buyers without an account. They leave a phone number, so reply by calling or texting them. Dealers also get enquiries from their own page, marked Website enquiry.
- Conversations: with people who have an account. Reply right there in Messages.
Managing a conversation
- Block: stops that person messaging you. You can unblock them later.
- Delete conversation: removes it from your Messages.
- Not a dealer: shown when we have flagged someone as a likely dealer or broker. It removes the flag, and their later messages are not flagged. Replying to them does the same.
- Hide flagged messages: hides messages we have flagged as likely dealers or brokers. It appears under your messages once you have received one.
